That you like him is strange. what 和that 都能引导名词性从句,但是that 只起连接作用,无词义, 不充当句子成分,后接一个完整的句子; 而what 在名词性从句中既起连接作用,又充当主语,宾语或表语,意思是 “所….的东西” ;1.______ I can’t understand is why he has changed his mind. 2.______ the earth is round is known to us all.;;;;;It is + adj. + that clause . ; what 和that 都能引导名词性从句,但是that 只起连接作用,无词义, 不充当句子成分,后接一个完整的句子; 而what 在名词性从句中既起连接作用,又充当主语,宾语或表语,意思是 “所….的东西” ;;;The news that our team has won the match is true. 同位语从句有时可以不紧跟在它所说明的名词后面,而是被别的词隔开。例如: He got the news from Mary that the sports meeting was put off. ; 同位语从句一般跟在名词fact,news, promise,truth,belief,thought,idea, answer,information,knowledge,doubthope,law,opinion,plan,suggestion后面, 用以说明或解释前面的名词. ;1) The news that he told me is true. (which) (他告诉我的消息是真的.)  that引导的从句是定语从句 2)The news that Tom would go abroad    is told by him. (汤姆将出国这个消息是他讲的。)  that 引导的是同位语从句;;;;1. 由连词that 引导, that 常可省略。 I told him (that) I would come back soon. (1)并列第二个以上的宾语从句,第二个that 是不可以省略的. He said (that) he had finished reading this novel and that he would borrow another one. ; (2)当that 引导的从句作复合宾语的第一个成分时,需用先行词it 作形式宾语,把从句放到句末,that 不能省略。; 否定转移(think, believe, suppose, expect等动词后)  我想我并不认识你。 I don’t think I know you.   我相信他不回来 I don t believe he will come. ;;2. 用whether或者if 来引导.  我不知道他是否会回来. I don’t know whether/if he will come.; 只能用whether的情况:; If we will go there hasn’t be decided. ;;;表语从句: 结构: 常见连系动词: 连接词:;;;;;他建议我们应该去北京. He advised / suggested that we should go to Beijing. 他们要求我们去北京. They require that we should go to Beijing. 当动词suggest, advise, require, demand等 后面接宾语从句的时候宾语从句的谓语动词用(should) + do.  ;他的建议是我们去北京. His suggestion is that we should go to Beijing. His suggestion that we should go to Beijing is good.
