So, I want to change my habit of diet. • Firstly, I give up the fast food . I heard a horrible news that a boy ate a hamburger and then he was died. When I heard about that I never eat fast food . Secondly, I hardly eat out .Beacause of the oil .People are very concerned about cooking oil,because thousands of people have been found cooking oil from restaurant slop .Thirdly, I make some healthy food by myself. According to Xiao Nini’s way I cook some food with less fat,salt,and sugar.
