中国艾滋病性病 2007年12月第13卷第6期 Chin J AIDS STD Vo1．13 No．6 Dec．2007 541 · 论著· 艾滋病咨询热线4年人工接听的电话记录数据分析 孟宪鹏，尹利军 (中国疾病预防控制中心 健康教育所，北京 100011) 摘要：目的 为今后更加有针对性地开展热线咨询工作，为热线咨询服务更能满足目标人群的需求提供依据。 方法 分析2003—2006年中国疾病预防控制中心健康教育所艾滋病咨询热线人工接听电话的原始记录。结果 2006年的求询者总人数较往年增多。求询者群体具有相对稳定的人口学特征，以男性、2O～39岁的青壮年、外省 市、大学及以上学历为主。求询者的最主要信息来源是网络。求询内容以检测、传播、心理和症状为主。近一半求 询者自述有过嫖娼等高危性行为。一半以上的求询者存在心理问题，以恐惧、焦虑和强迫为多见。结论 应针对 求询者相对稳定的特点开展咨询。 关键词：艾滋病；咨询热线；数据分析 中图分类号：R 512．91 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1672—5662(2007)06—0541—03 Analysis of the telephone records of AIDS consulting hotline during the latest 4 years MENG Xian—peng．YIN Li— jun．(Institute for Health Education，Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention，Beijing 1 0001 1，China) Abstract：Objective To provide evidence for future pertinent AIDS hotline service．Methods The original tele— phone records of the AIDS consulting hotline implemented by the National Health Education Institute of Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Center were analyzed．Results The total number of clients increased in 2006．The majority of the clients were males in the prime of life aged from 20 to 29 years，majority of whom were immigrants from other provinces or municipalities with bachelor or higher degree．The major source of HIV／AIDS related knowledge source was inter— net．The dominating contents of consulting were medical examination，route of transmission，psychological aspects and clini— cal symptom．Approximately half of them reported having high risk sex behavior．Over half of them had psychological problems，such as phobia，anxiety and compulsion．Conclusion Efficient consulting should be done according to the com— parative stable characteristic of the clients．
