医学商业智能在慢性病管理与服务中的运用及其效果研究 郑勇，张红，魏功美，杨崟玺，范怀昌，周大为，高军 基金项目：科技部“十一五”国家科技支撑计划重点项目“小康型乡镇卫生院技术集成综合示范二”（2008BAI65B02） 作者单位：610219 四川省成都市，双流县永安中心卫生院（郑勇，张红，魏功美，杨崟玺，范怀昌）； 怡德医疗投资管理集团(周大为)；成都天健信息科技有限公司（高军） 【摘要】 目的 研发慢性病管理与服务软件系统，并观察运行效果，从而建立小康型乡镇卫生院慢性病管理与服务模式。 方法 通过文献分析、现场调查、小组讨论、专家咨询等多种方法研究目前医院慢性病管理与服务中存在的问题，并进行服务流程再造，研发相关软件系统。 结果 小康型乡镇卫生院慢性病管理与服务模式初步建立,通过服务流程再造取得良好效果，其中2012年1—4月与2011年同期相比：（1）高血压依从性良好的患者由20.4%（102/500）提升到36.9%（320/867），Ⅱ型糖尿病依从性良好的患者由30.0%（30/100）提升到41.3%（119/288）；（2）高血压病情控制率由65.6%（328/500）提升到74.1%（642/847），Ⅱ型糖尿病控制率由50.0%（50/100）提升到61.1%（176/288）。 结论 在医院慢性病管理与服务中将医学技术和医学商业智能技术相结合，抓住服务效率和健康教育两个关键点，可以有效解决患者的服务依从性，提高慢性病的控制率。 【关键词】医学商业智能；慢性病管理；流程再造 【中图分类号】 R 197 【文献标识码】A The Application of Medical Business Intelligence in the Chronic Disease Management and Service ZHENG Yong,ZHANG Hong,WEI Gong-mei,et al.Yong’an Town Central Township Hospital of Shuangliu County,Chengdu 610219,China 【Abstract】 Objective o explore and set up the new chronic disease management and service mode of the well-off township hospital, research and develope the chronic disease management and service software system. Results The new chronic disease management and service model of the well-off township hospital has been set up preliminarily, and we have gained good effects through the BPR, including 2012 1-4 months compared with the same period in 2011: (1) the good compliance of patients with hypertension was improved from 20.4% to 36.9%, the good compliance of patients with Ⅱ diabetes was improved from 30% to 41.32%； (2) the disease control rates with hypertension 65.6% to 74.05%, Ⅱ diabetes was raised from 50% to 61.11%.
