1 General Provisions
1.1 purpose of compilation
The establishment of a sound response to food safety accidents mechanism, effective prevention, actively respond to food safety incidents, efficiently organize emergency response, to minimize the hazards of food safety accidents, protect public health and life safety, safeguard the normal social economic order.
1.2 compilation basis
According to the Peoples Republic of China emergency response law, Peoples Republic of China food safety law, Peoples Republic of China agricultural products quality and safety law, Peoples Republic of China Food Safety Law Implementation Regulations, public health emergency regulations and national general public emergency contingency plan, formulated the plan.
1.3 accident classification
Food safety accidents, such as food poisoning, food borne diseases and food contamination, are caused by food, which may endanger or endanger human health. Food safety accidents are divided into four levels, that is, major food safety accidents, major food safety accidents, major food safety accidents and general food safety accidents. The assessment and approval of the accident grades shall be conducted by the administrative department of Public Health jointly with the relevant departments in accordance with the relevant provisions.
