烟叶中氯含量测定方法的改进效果.PDF

DOI :10.15933/j.cnki.1004 -3268.2004.04.007 河南农业科学 刘学芝,韩富根,焦桂珍 (, 450002) :对莫尔法测定烟叶中氯含量的前处理方法进行改进, 即采用热蒸馏水浸提烟叶中的氯离 子, 碱性醋酸铅脱去其中色素。试验结果表明, 改进后的方法精密度和准确度均符合检测要 求,与碱性干灰化法相比,不仅缩短测定时间,提高测定效率, 还可大大节约费用,便于普及应 用。 :烟叶;氯元素;脱色;提取;测定 :S572 　　:A　　:1004-3268(2004)04-0022-03 The Improvement Effect on Methods for Determining hlorine ontent in Tobacco Leaves LIU Xue-zhi,HAN Fu-gen,JIAO Gui-zhen (Agronomy ollege of Henan Agricultural University, Zhengzhou 450002, hina) Abstract:The improved pre-treatment method for determining chlorine content in tobacco leaves by the method of Mohr was presented in this paper .The chlorine was extracted by hot distilled water, and the solution was decolorized by alkaline lead acetate.The results showed that this method was precession and accurate, and either the time or the cost was decreased significantly, but the determining efficiency was increased obviously as compared with the method of alkaline dry ashing.Furthermore, expensive instruments were not needed in the determining which was easy to apply and popularize.
