大学生在篮球运动中损伤原因的分析与预防概要1.doc

中文内容摘要 篮球运动是由跑、跳、投等多种多样的动作构成的快速、激烈、多变、综合性的体育运动，大学生在篮球运动中损伤的发生率较高, 为了了解经常参加篮球运动的大学生损伤发生的规律，本文通过我校工体部学生在大学期间篮球运动损伤情况的调查分析，针对其损伤特点和致伤原因采取相应的预防措施，旨在进一步研究大学生篮球运动损伤的时间、地点、类型、部位、原因和处理方式等，掌握一定的篮球运动损伤发生的基本规律，并采取积极地防治措施，为提高我校学生预防篮球运动损伤提供参考，为促进大学生更好地开展篮球运动提供理论依据和实际帮助。本文通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对386名经常参加篮球运动大学生的损伤状况与原因进行调查。调查结果可知，运动损伤总患病率为60.88 %;运动损伤发生的部位依次为脚指、踝关节、膝关节、手指、腰背部、大腿等;常见损伤类型为关节扭伤、肌肉拉伤和软组织损伤等;致伤原因依次为准备活动不当、违反比赛规则、技术动作错误、场地不良、运动负荷过大等。 关键词：篮球；运动损伤；大学生； 预防 Abstract injury by law, this article through our school Community school students have in college basketball injury Survey analysis, for its injury characteristics and injury Yuanyin take appropriate preventive measures aimed at further Daxue Sheng Yan Jiu basketball injury time and place , type, location, causes and treatment methods, to master some basic basketball injuries occurred in the law and to take active measures to control, to enhance our students basketball injury prevention reference, to promote better conduct basketball college students provide a theoretical basis and practical help, the use of questionnaires, and 386 students regularly attend basketball injury situation and the reasons for investigation.
