东北农业大学学士学位论文 　　　　　　　　　　学号：我国P2P投资风险控制相关问题研究 P2P Investment Risk Control Research In China 学生姓名：毕圣 指导教师：吉洁 所在院系：经济管理学院 所学专业：金融学(双学位) 研究方向：金融学 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国·哈尔滨 2015 年 5 月摘要 P2P作为互联网金融中目前最为火热的一种产业方式，已经在中国遍地开花。但是随着P2P产业的过度迅速的发展，其展现的相对不足的监管和行业规范也导致了P2P产业目前的风险控制问题不断加大，P2P网络平台跑单的现象也越来越多。本文主要阐述了目前中国P2P行业的发展状况及风险控制出现的诸多问题，并做了一些相关的分析和研究。 首先，对我国P2P行业的发展现状进行了阐述和分析，包括我国P2P行业的相关概念，以及我国P2P行业的发展现状。其次，提出了我国P2P投资风险控制存在的问题，分别从P2P平台投资理财和P2P行业风险控制角度进行了阐述。再次，分析了我国P2P行业发展风险问题的成因，主要有法律的缺失，监管的缺失和信用体系的缺失三个方面原因。再然后，对如何打造我国可持续发展的P2P平台提出了对策和建议。一是要构建多层次的监管体制；二是要加强对借贷人的保护，采取备案制的市场准入标准；三是要完善市场退出机制，建立P2P借贷资金第三方存管制度。最后，得出了本文的研究结论。 关键词： P2P 风险控制 互联网 监管 投资 P2P Investment Risk Control Research Abstract Peer-to-peer (P2P) as one of the most hot in Internet financial industry,have been springing up in China.But with the development of P2P industry excessively quickly,it shows the relative lack of regulation and industry standard also caused the current P2P industry risk control problems increasing,P2P network platform run single phenomenon also more and more.This article mainly elaborated the current development situation of P2P industry in China and many problems in the risk control,and made some relevant analysis and research. First,this paper expatiates on the development of P2P industry in our country and analysis,including the related concept of P2P industry in our country,and the P2P industry development present situation in our country.Secondly,put forward the problem of P2P investment risk control in our country,respectively from P2P platform and P2P industry in investment and financing risk control Angle is expounded.Again,analysis the cause of the risk problem of P2P industry development in our country,mainly include the lack of law,the lack of regulation and the lack of credit system for three reasons.Then, how to make P2P platform for the sustainable development of our country put forward the countermeasure and suggestion.One is to build the mul
