北京地区部分中小学足球指导员工作满意度研究 ( National team first, Match-fixing, Gambling), little campus football competition, and the lack of training courses for football coaches in Beijing, all these aspects seriously affect the job satisfaction of football coaches, thereby affects the development and popularity of football in campus. 3.Through the comparison with the job satisfaction of different types of football coaches, it is found that primary and middle school football coaches’ job satisfaction is different when they are in different situation. Such as, school, age, teaching seniority, education and instructor’ grade, all of these condition and qualification have different influence on football coaches’ job satisfaction. In traditional football school football coaches’ job satisfaction is at high level. With the increase of their age and years of teaching, football coaches’ job satisfaction level improved accordingly. The job satisfaction of football coaches with higher education is at low level. And high graded football coaches’ job satisfaction is also at high level.
