徽州木雕门窗元素在现代服装设计中的应用研究 Abstract In the context of globalization, keeping the traditional and regional characteristics has been paid more and more attention. In the guidance of modern design thought, integrating the traditional culture and arts with modern fashion design to create modern, concise and comfortable fashion embodying Chinese traditional culture has certain practical meaning. As a part of traditional architecture, Hui Zhou woodcarving doors and windows that reflect the Chinese rich art form and achievement, meet people’s pursuit of beauty by its endemic practicability and decoration, Hence, implying the decorative pattern and constitution form of Hui Zhou woodcarving doors and windows into modern fashion design could strength the cultural connotation and aesthetic requirement of clothing as well as promote the development of Chinese traditional culture and modern fashion design.
