快速伸缩复合训练对少年羽毛球运动员爆发力影响的实验研究
ABSTRACT
Explosive force is an important manifestation of fast strength, explosive
force has a very important significance for most sports. In badminton,
good explosive force is the foundation of badminton techniques and
competitive level. In the fierce competition, badminton players should
do every action in a very short time, they should condense all the strength
in their upper limb and break out the power instantly when hitting the
ball. Only the player has the tactics of tempo changing, counter attacking
and sudden attacking in a changing speed, can they fulfill their
techniques excellently and get a good performance.
In the training of the youth badminton player, traditional training has
little impact to their explosive force, and also, the ways of traditional
training is very tedious. In this study, we try to explore the impact
of plyometric training to explosive force of youth badminton players,
and hope to provide a new way of explosive force training of badminton
players.
With the method of documentary, questionnaire, experiment and
mathematical statistics, the study has deeply explored the impact of
plyometric training to explosive force of youth badminton players, and
finally got the following conclusion:
1. After 12 weeks training of plyometrics, the record of 15-meter shuttle
run, standing long jump and 10 times footwork in low center of gravity
has a very significant increase (P0.01),so it can be concluded that
the plyometric training can significantly increase youth badminton
players’ lower limb explosive force.
