我国西部农村婴幼儿母乳喂养持续时间分析

【摘要】 目的 了解我国西部农村婴幼儿母乳喂养持续时间的现状及其影响因素。方法 采用横断面调查和分层
多阶段随机抽样，运用COX回归模型分析。所有过程采用SPSS12．0软件包完成。结果 西北、西南地区母乳喂养时间
中位生存期分别为14、12个月。对于西北地区母乳喂养持续时间，小于4个月添加牛羊奶、外出打工、母亲在家、孩子出
生顺序的艘 值分别是1．290(1．096，1．518)、1．182(1．019，1．372)、0．694(0．586，0．822)、0．808(0．705，0．926)。对于
西南地区母乳喂养持续时间，母亲在家、孩子出生顺序的RR值分别是0．756(0．631，0．9O6)、0．823(0．690，0．981)。结
论 农村经济发展的转型时期，父母外出打工是母乳喂养时间缩短的原因之一。另外，母乳喂养持续时间缩短还可能与
母亲怀孕有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the breastfeeding duration of children under 3一year—old in western China and to
find out the factors that may lengben or sho~en the duration of breasffeeding．Methods Stratified random sampling and cross—
sectional study were adopted in 45 counties in western China．The Cox Proportional Hazards model is employed for the analysis of
breasffeeding．All the data were analyzed by SPSS for windows 12．0 software．Results The duration of breastfeeding were 12
months in the southwest and 14 months in the northwest．On multivariate Cox regression，the factor that parents worked out as
temporary workers was significant in explaining early termination of breasffeeding in the northwest，and the relative risk was
1．182(1．019，1．372)．The order of children Was a protective factor for the breast·feeding duration，and the relative risk Was
0．823(0．690，0．981)and0．808(0．705，0．926)respectively．Conclusion The shorter duration ofbreast·feedingWas signif-
icantly associated with the factorthat parent
