PORS-15 便携式光谱仪研制及其应用 马放均 陈联明 李东明 （北京普析通用仪器有限责任公司 北京 101200 ） 摘 要 PORS- 15 便携式光谱仪采用先进的平场凹面光栅作为分光器件，NMOS 线性图象 传感器作为接收器，配合外置紫外可见一体化光源，可同时测量 200 －800nm 的全波段光谱， 最短测量时间 0.01S 。通过 RS232 与微机通讯，由UVWin5.0 软件读取测量图谱，可以进行 图谱的数据处理及打印等操作，可独立完成光谱扫描、光度测量、定量测定及峰值检出等功 能。独特的液晶触摸显示屏技术，将显示与输入集成，成为在同类仪器中体积最小，功能最 全的仪器之一。可应用于环保、疾控、食品、医药等领域，特别适用于现场应急检测、在线 监测、外出快速测量和野外地质勘探，具有广泛的应用前景。 关键词 便携式光谱仪 光纤探头 分光光度法 环境监测 海水分析 Research and Manufacturing of PORS-15 Potable Spectrophotometer and Its Application Ma Fangjun Chen Lianming Li Dongming (Beijing Purking General Instrument Co., Ltd Beijing 101200) Abstract PORS-15 portable spectrophotometer uses flat field concave grating as the monochromator, and NMOS linear image sensor as the receiver. Connected with outside ultraviolet-visible integrated light source, the instrument can mea- sure spectrum wavelength from 200nm to 800nm. The shortest measure time is 0.01s. Connected with PC via RS232, The instrument can read measured spe- ctrums, handle data and print by using UVWIN5.0 software. It can perform spectrum scan, photometric measure, quantitative measure and peak-value detec- tion etc. With unique LCD touching display, input and output are integrated. It has been one of the instruments with the least cubage and most functions, compared to the similar kinds instruments. It can be applied in field like envi- ronment protection, disease control, foodstuff, medicine etc, especially suitable for emergency detecting on-spot, online watch, outdoor quick measure and geo- logical exploration.
