C9H6CH2SiMe2NC4H8]2YbH(3)on methyl methacrylate(MMA)polymerization have been studied．
The catalyst／MMA monomer mole ratio，solvents，and temperature effects on MMA polymerization
w r also examined．

Organometallic complexes of the 1anthanide metals have been shown to be extremely versatile catalysts for a
wide range of polymerizations of both polar[’-2]and nonpolar monomersl卜 ． Group 3 organometallic complexes
haye been successfully applied to the anionic polymerization of alkyl acrylatesl_o ．The ligands of the
organometallic complexes has been shown to significantly influence not only its activity and efficiency in the
polymerization process，but also polymer features such as the molecular weight，the molecular weight
distribution and the stereoregularity[
