一、概述： Ⅱ.Brief introduction 空气斜槽是我国工业均化装置输送物的设备之一，它适应于输送各种干燥的粉状物料（如水泥工业中的水泥、生料）。由于空气斜槽在输送物料中没有转动的零件，它与同功用的胶带输送机、螺旋输送机相比具有磨损小、易维修、耗电少、用材省、无噪音、密封好、安全可靠。同时易于改变输送方向和多点喂、卸料的优点。因此近几年来被许多企业所采用。 Air slide is an equipment of homongnizing device and conveying equipment which is widely used in all kinds of dry and powder material such as cement and raw material in cement industry. Comparing with the similar function of screw conveyor and belt conveyor, it is characterized by small abrasion, easy maintenance, low consumption, saving material, no noise, good sealing, safe and dependable because of no driving parts when conveying material. Working principle 输送物料时由空气斜槽高端通过斜槽入料口喂入上壳体。压缩空气由专设的鼓风机吹入下壳体，并通过透气层均匀地分布在物料颗粒之间，使物料进行所谓的气体以改变物料的磨擦角使其形成流动状态，沿斜度下滑，通过出料溜子排出，达到输送的目的。 When conveying material, feed upper shell from the high side of air slide through the inlet.
