A. 1:e10,2007 ª 现代人类学通讯 第一期 2007 年 Communication on Contemporary Anthropology Issue 1 热点争议 经由中亚还是东亚 ——关于 Y 染色体单倍群 P 北上路线的争论 兰海 中国语言论坛，苏州 215000 摘要：关于Y 染色体单倍群P 北上到达北亚的路线学术界尚未给出明确的结论。本文综述了其中的争论，单 倍群P 是经由中亚北上还是经由东亚北上。单倍群P 经由中亚北上是一个传统的且被大众所接受的观点。早 期的研究提出“南北两线”并认为单倍群K 在中东分化，其中一部分经由伊朗来到中亚并诞生了P 。后来这 一路线修改为经由南亚北上。而部分学者在东亚找到了更多的P* 、K* 以及F*, 提出单倍群P 更有可能是经由 东亚北上的。本文认为：单倍群P 经由中亚北上的假说只是早期研究提出的“南北两线”的一部分推论。当 时提出这一观点所基于的证据现在都已得到修正，而且这一假说没有强有力的数据，且其解释没有足够的说 服力。单倍群P 经由东亚北上这一路线可以和mtDNA 的研究结果相吻合。虽然在东亚发现的P 、K 、F 的原 始类型，但仅仅F2 得到了一些研究。要确定单倍群P 北上的路线，需要更深入的研究。 关键词：单倍群P ；迁徙路线；中亚；东亚 Via Central Asia or East Asia: the Migration Route of Y-SNP Haplogroup P LAN Hai Linguistic Forum of China, Suzhou 215000 China ABSTRACT: On the migration route of Y-SNP haplogroup P to North Asia, no last word has been placed. Here we reviewed the controversy about the way that haplogroup P took during its migration northward. A traditional and widely accepted opinion is that haplogroup P migrated northward via Central Asia. In the early studies, researchers propounded the “northern and southern routes” hypothesis, considering that haplogroup K diversified in Near East. Some parts of K migrated northward to Central Asia via Iran giving birth to haplogroup P. Later, the connecting region was reconsidered from Iran to India. However, some of the researchers found plenty of ancestral types of P, K, and F in East Asia and propounded that haplogroup P might had been migrated northward via East Asia. Here we pointed out that the opinion haplogroup P migrated northward via Central Asia was only a deduction from the “northern and southern routes” hypothesis.
