Methods:The author reviewed and surveyed the injuries suffered during the surgical practices from the 115 trainees and analyse the surveyed results by adopting the self-designed questionnaires. Results:Among the surveyed trainees,33 were injured during the surgical practices which account for 28.70% of the total.Five trainees suffered more than twice which accounts for 4.35%.The 33 trainees were injured 56 times during the surgical practices. Conclusion: The clinical trainees are short of the training of the related knowledge of injury prevention.They are not skilled in operation and not very conscious in occupational prevention.There is a high rate of sharp medical appliance injuries.Therefore,a perfect programme of propaganda and education,training and medical treatment will help to reduce the occupational injuries of the trainees and the occurrences of blood source diseases.
