Fully considering the functiona1 requirements of the system and coordinating requirements of the mechanica1 parts , based on transforming partia1 structures of 出巳 origina1 bag - making machine , the tlexible printing equipment was added. It rea1ized integration of loading , bag - making , printing , drying , cutting and other operations. With Si巳mens PLC as the con- trol core and using the configuration softwar巳 to develop control int巳rface ， intelligent a啕ustment for a1 1-in-one machine was carried out , which will widen the scope of the production line , and satisfy the needs of different customers.
