正方一辩Good morning ladies and gentlemen,the opinion of our part is that working experience is more important than knowledge for an employee. Some standpoints which can support our argument are as follows.First of all, the truth comes from practice and experience. Only when people have enough work experience,can they understand the real meaning of knowledge. For example, if you want to learn to swim, only when you jump into the water and get your own experience, can you swim. So there is no doubt that the skills come from experience.Secondly, as we all know, the purpose of getting knowledge is for application. So we can say that the final goal of gaining knowledge is to get work experience.Thirdly, rich work experience is beneficial to job-hunting. Work experience includes work skills, interpersonal communication and so on, so people with work experience can adapt to a job in a shorter period of time. When you observe career ads, you can find that almost all of them emphasize 3 to 4 years work experience in the particular field. Many employers prefer to select people with work experience. So from the standard of selecting employees, we can know that priority belongs to those who have work experience.Moreover, knowledge cannot prepare you well for the real-world challenges. It has been proved that people who have more knowledge have less breakthrough in their life and have more boundedness when they set to work. Even though you may be wealthy in knowledge, it cannot guarantee you a good job.In conclusion, work experience is necessary for us to get a good job. Even we can say that, work experience is the key to get a good job.
