小学一年级课堂问题行为分析及应对策略[摘要] 在具体的教学实际中,小学生的课堂问题行为普遍存在,这种现象令每一位教师堪忧,特别是新教师,他们往往先从一年级接手。而新课程的改革在促进教学理念革新的同时,也使课堂教学发生着新的变化,在注重以生为本课堂教学的同时,学生的主动性变得更大,因此学生课堂问题行为日益增加也暴露无遗,它们不但影响到课堂教学的顺利开展,降低教师的教学质量,影响学生自身及他人的学习。特别是对于小学一年级来说,在一定程度上,课堂问题行为阻碍了一年级学生良好学习行为习惯的养成,对学生的身心发展产生消极影响。本研究以幼小衔接为视角,研究对象具体到一年级,采用观察法及个案分析法深入细致的探索,并在以往研究的基础上,丰富对一年级课堂问题行为应对策略的研究。本文对课堂问题行为相关概念进行界定,整理课堂问题行为的几种分类,并从一年级学生的心理特点对几个典型的课堂问题行为案例进行分析及探讨原因,通过对个案的研究,最后提出几个相关的干预策略。希望可以为教师在解决课堂问题行为的过程中提供一些参考。[关键词]一年级学生 课堂问题行为 心理因素Abstract:In specific teaching practice, classroom behavior problems pupils prevalence of this phenomenon so that every teacher worrying, especially new teachers, they often start to take over a year.
