Abstract: The Article 89, p r gr ph 2 of Chin s Crimin l Code pr ovides th t the r e son of
interrupting the limit tion of prosecution is the Commit crimes g in. Though there r e
different underst ndings, there is little ttention to this legisl tive model in the theoretic l
circles. Schol rs put forw rd some different pr opos ls, but ne rly ll didnt touch the root of the
pr oblem . T hrough n lyzing nd review ing Commit crimes g in w hich is the re son of
interruption of limit tion, s the re son of interruption of limit tion, commit cr imes g in
reflects the misunderst nding of theory nd the legisl tive p r dox. Those problems confr onted
emb rr ssment in pr ctice inevit bly. We find th t the legisl tion should modify commit crimes
g in to commit the s me kind of crimes g in in order to solve the problem thoroughly .
