·临 床 · 消化性溃疡病患者健康教育效果的系统评价  (泸州医学院附属医院药剂科，四川 泸州 646000) 罗宏丽，肖顺林，陈昆 摘要：目的 系统评价我国消化性溃疡病患者健康教育的效果。方法 计算机检索 Pubmed 、Embase 、CBM 、CNKI 、 WanFang Data 和 VIP 数据库，纳入关于消化性溃疡病患者健康教育的随机对照试验(RCT) ，检索时限均为建库至 2014 年 6 月。由 2 名评价者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后，采用 RevMan 5.2 软 件进行 Meta 分析。结果 最终纳入 24 个 RCT ，2 429 例患者。消化性溃疡病患者进行健康教育后，临床疗效、健康知 识知晓率、依从性、医疗满意度明显优于对照组，复发率和并发症较对照组降低，但幽门螺杆菌根除率与对照组相比差 异无统计学意义。结论 健康教育可明显提高我国消化性溃疡病患者的健康知识知晓率、依从性、治疗效果和医疗满意 度，减少复发和并发症。 关键词：健康教育；消化性溃疡；系统评价 中图分类号：R969.3 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1007-7693(2015)06-0732-08 DOI: 10.13748/ki.issn1007-7693.2015.06.024 Effect of Health Education on Patients with Peptic Ulcer: A Systematic Review LUO Hongli, XIAO Shunlin, CHEN Kun(Deptarment of Pharmacy, the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College, Luzhou 646000, China) ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To systematically review the effectiveness of health education in patients with peptic ulcer. Two reviewers independently screened literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data, and assessed methodological quality. Then, Meta-analysis were performed using RevMan 5.2 software. RESULTS A total of 24 RCTs involving 2 429 peptic ulcer patients were finally included.
