After all his analysis, he smoothly moves to the solution of the problem—the key to the problem is attaching importance and working out a more standardized sanction system. In Text B, the author sets off by refuting the two approaches universally adopted in most colleges in plagiarism prevention—treating plagiarism either as morally wrong or as a crime.
