M ethod:The fresh brewers’spentgrainwasfirstly dried smashedand sifted.Thenasindicatorsoftheprotein extractionrateintheenzyme , solutionandthecontentofcelluloseintheindex,theparametersofenzymatichydrolysis suchasthesolid.1iquidratio . reaction temperature,pH,enzymedosageandreactiontime,wereinvestigatedindetailed.Afterhydrolysis,thebrewers’spentgrainwasput intheboilingwaterbathforinactivationofr15minutesandcentrifuged,thesupernatantswerevolumetol0OmL andtheprotein contentwasmeasured.Aftertheprecipitatewasdried,thecellulosecontentwasalso measured .
