试论“骨空” 赵文麟，纪智，谢晓佳，郭文，朱华超，刘清国 （北京中医药大学针灸推拿学院，北京 100029） 摘要：“骨空”是《内经》腧穴体系中的一个重要概念，然而世人对其理解并不全面和明确。本文明确了“骨空”的具体涵义，即“骨骼之孔隙”。因而其所指腧穴的涵义和范围有别于“腧穴”，亦与“气穴”、“气府”不同。“骨空穴”处于骨骼孔隙之中，内通于重要的脑脊骨髓，并有大的神经血管经过，具有滋养于髓，沟通于外的生理特性。然也也正是由于其孔隙狭小的结构特点，致使其局部容易产生气血津液的淤滞，邪气不容易散除的病理特性。因此于“骨空”施以针灸，贯通内外阴阳气血津液，起到“引气远入抽病”之效。由此我们可以根据“骨空穴”独特的结构和功能，开发新的“骨空穴”，并为“骨空病”的治疗提供新的治疗思路；亦可据此开辟“筋空穴”、“肉空穴”等新的腧穴分类方式，并为针灸术语标准的制定提供理论支持。 关键词：骨空；黄帝内经；腧穴；术语 The explanation of Gukong ZHAO Wenlin, JI Zhi, XIE Xiaojia, GUO Wen, ZHU Huachao, LIU Qingguo （College of Acupuncture Moxibustion and Tuina，Beijing University of Chinese Medicine，Beijing 100029，China） Abstract: The term Gukong is a very important concept in the acupoint system of Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor. However, people’s recognition of Gukong is not clear and comprehensive enough. Thus, this article determined the exact meaning of Gukong, which is the interspaces between bones or the hole on the bones. Then the different meaning and category between Gukong and Qixue, Qifu is clear. Based on its structural characteristics, Gukong is considered to be the channel to communicate Qi and blood between the deep inside to the outside tissue. Also because of its special character, the Gukong area tends to get stagnation of Qi, blood, liquid and some evil Qi from the outside. Therefor we can practice moxibustion or acupuncture on these points to get through the channel of Yin and Yang, smooth the circulation of Qi and blood, and reveal the evil qi to the outside. Based on that, we can explore new acupoints that fit the definition of Gukong, find out new methods to cure diseases related to Gukong and try some new ways to classify acupoints so as to provide good reference to the national standard of acupuncture terminology and clinical acupuncture treatment.
