Marine sport culture includes natural and artificial marine environments, marine sports emotion, consciousness, attitude, cognition and quality, marine folk customs, organizational mechanism, policies and regulations, the contents, experience feelings, interactive communication and popularization of marine sports forms, etc. Key words: sport sociology ；marine sports ；sports culture 随着全球化进程的加快，海洋开发已成为国家
