广州市流动人口妇女母婴保健知识调查分析【摘要】目的:了解广州市流动妇女孕产期保健知识的知晓率。方法:采用整群抽样的方法问卷调查流动妇女对母婴保健相关知识的知晓率。结果:(1)流动人口对母婴保健相关知识应答的正确率从45.8%至94.5%不等,正确率最高的是“怀孕后应到医院进行产前检查”,最低的是“怀孕后应该3月内到医院进行首次产检”;(2)母婴保健相关知识知晓率与收入和文化程度成正相关,与职业、婚姻状况和小孩数量没有直接的关系;(3)最容易被流动妇女接受的方法是社区小范围的宣教。结论:广州市流动孕产妇的母婴保健相关知识知晓率偏低,与流动人口的经济收入、文化程度呈正相关,需要加大各种形式的宣传力度。? 【关键词】流动人口; 母婴保健; 调查问卷? 【中图分类号】R173 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-6455(2010)07-0264-02 Investigation on maternal health care among the mobile population in city of Guangzhou? Methods:26 migrant women wererandomly detected with questionnaire about the knowledge of maternal health care in city of Guangzhou China. Results:(1)The correct rate about the the knowledge of maternal health care among these women is rank from 45.8% to 94.5%,and the highest correct rate among these questions is that “while you are in pregnant , you should go to the hospital for the examinations” , but the rate of the question that the first examination should be performed earlier than 3 months after your are in pregnant is very low.(2)The awareness rate is associated with the income and the education level . but it has no direct relation with the career, marital status and the number of the children.(3)Making propaganda education in the community is the favourable type to spread these knowledge. Conclusion:the awareness rate of the knowledge mentioned above is low among the migrantwomen in city of Guangzhou and is associated with the income , education level , we should making good propaganda education .? 【Key words】floating population;mother and infant health;questionnaire 孕产妇死亡率是体现一个城市文明程度的重要指标,是衡量一个国家或地区经济、文化、卫生发展状况的重要依据。广州市是全国流动人口较多的城市之一,其孕产妇死亡率远高于本地户籍人口,流动人口已成为影响我市降低孕产妇死亡率的主要因素。由于经济发展迅速,流动人口日益增多,来自全国各地的流动人员作为广州市建设的主力军,他们中大部分来自农村,为广州市的发展作出了巨大的贡献。流动妇女正处于生育年龄,大部分流动妇女的文化水平较低,对孕产期的保健知识及住院分娩知识掌握得不多,且受过去农
