老年痴呆病人住院期间护理安全管理（第三军医大学第一附属医院神经内科 重庆 400038） 【摘要】目的：探讨老年痴呆病人住院期间的护理安全管理。方法：对2005年1月至2010年12月20例老年痴呆病人住院期间发生的安全问题进行分析，对老年痴呆病人住院期间的安全管理措施进行探讨。结果：老年痴呆病人常见的安全隐患有误吸、误服、跌倒、走失、热伤、自伤或伤人等问题，与亲属照料者、同室病人发生冲突也是不可忽视的护理安全隐患，可能加重患者症状、引起不良后果。提供安全的就医环境、分级护理制度的有效落实、重视饮食及用药的护理以及加强照料者及同室病友对老年痴呆病人的认识等能有效地提高老年痴呆病人住院期间的安全性，提高护理质量。 【关键词】老年痴呆；住院；安全管理 【Abstract】 Goal: The discussion senile dementia patient is hospitalized the period nursing safety control. Provides the safe going see a doctor environment, the graduation nursing system to carry out, to take the diet and medication nursing effectively as well as strengthens the tender and so on can enhance the senile dementia patient with the room fellow patient to the senile dementia patient’s understanding to be hospitalized effectively the period security, improves the nursing quality. 【key word】Senile dementia; In hospital; Safety control 【中图分类号】R473.74 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-6455（2011）06-0457-01 老年痴呆是老年期特有的一种疾病，主要表现为智能障碍、人格异常、认知能力降低、行为和情感异常等，病人日常生活、社交和工作能力明显减退。随着世界人口老龄化的发展，老年痴呆已成为严重的社会问题和家庭问题。痴呆的治疗目前尚无根本性突破，护理对延缓老年痴呆患者的病情发展及提高生活质量尤为重要。老年痴呆病人住院期间比非痴呆患者的危险因素及程度均增加，给护理工作带来更大的难度。我们对2005年1月至2010年12月在我科住院的20例老年痴呆病人住院期间的安全隐患进行分析，提出护理对策，以提高患者住院期间的安全性。 1 临床资料 2005年1月至2010年12月在我科住院的确诊为老年痴呆的病人20例，其中男12例，女8例，年龄55-86岁，20例病人均因智能障碍、人格异常、认知能力降低、行为和情感异常等入院。 2 评估护理安全隐患 据报
