镍钛记忆合金尿道支架在尿道修复中临床应用（1佛山市第一人民医院整形外科 广东 佛山 518000； 2中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院整形外科 广东 广州 510120） 【摘要】目的：探讨镍钛记忆合金尿道支架在尿道修复中的疗效。方法：2007年1 月～2009年12月, 390例患者应用镍钛记忆合金尿道支架行尿道修复术，经尿道支架内插入脑室引流管达膀胱行尿液引流，其中尿道下裂372例，尿道上裂3 例, 女性假两性畸形3例，阴茎再造6例，骑跨伤后后尿道狭窄5例，阴茎离断伤1例，而尿道下裂中尿道重建317例，尿瘘修补35例，尿道狭窄修复例16例，尿道憩室修复4例。结果：390例患者术后随访4月～3年，共发现尿瘘或尿道裂开27例，尿道（口）狭窄8例，尿道憩室2例，并发症总发生率为9.5%。结论：镍钛记忆合金尿道支架可有效降低尿道修复术后尿瘘、尿道狭窄等并发症的发生。 【关键词】尿道修复； 尿道支架； 镍钛记忆合金 Applications of nitinol memorial alloy urethral stend in urethral reconstruction Xu Lusheng1 Liang Weiqiang2 Ji Chenyang2 Chen Yuhong2Pan Shujuan2 Bin Lianjie2 Zhang Jinming2. 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect nitinol memorial alloy urethral stend in urethral reconstructions. Methods From January 2007 to December 2009, 390 patients were received urethral reconstructions applying nitinol memorial alloy urethral stend, inserting ventricular drainage tube through urethral stend to bladder to draining urine. All of the patients were including 372 patients with hypospadias, 3 patients with hyperspadias, 3 patients with female pseudohermaphroditism, 3 patients with reconstructions of penis, 5 patients with posterior urethral stricture after straddle injury, 1 patient with pennis mutilation injury. In all hypospadias reconstructions, there were 317 urethral reconstructions, 35 urethrocutaneous fistula repairing, 16 urethral stricture repairing, 4 urethrocele repairing. Results All 390 patients were followed-up range 4 months to 3 years, the total complication rates was 9.5%, including 27 patients with urethrocutaneous fistula or urethra split, 8 patients with urethral stricture or meatal stenosis, 2 patients with urethrocele. Conclusions Nitinol memorial alloy urethral stend can effectively prevent the postoperative complications such as urethrocutaneous fistula and urethral stricture after urethral reconstructions. 【Key Words】urethral reconstruction; urethral stend; nitinol memorial alloy 【中图分类号】R69【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1008-6455（2011）06-0143-02
