越南後期中等教育與升學進路設計之分析　林志忠 1 越南後期中等教育與升學 進路設計之分析 林志忠* 基於越南後期中等教育發展之不足，越南始終為我國教育輸出積 極關注的國家，只可惜國內對越南技職教育的理解有限，特別是對其 體系與升學進路設計，更是所知不多。本文以越南技職教育為題，採 用文件分析與文獻探討，探討其體系學校類型、科別設置、教學目標 與課程設計，以及從中衍生之複雜多元之升學進路與相關問題。目前 越南技職教育組成一個複雜與多元的升學進路，其雖能暫時提供越南 技職教育所需的生源，但長久來看，不但無法顧及各類學生之起點行 為，使技職教育課程特色喪失，同時還混淆越南技職教育管理權責， 無法有效提升整體辦學績效。基此，技職教育在安排升學進路時，應 注意各類學校原有的目的，且對各類學生進行差異化教學與輔導。對 於我國技職教育輸出越南，有五項具體建議：（1）分別對越南技職 教育既有或不足科系進行招生；（2 ）精準掌握主要招生對象；（3 ） 加強辦學設備、師資與學生就業力的培養；（4 ）招生宣導應直接進 入高中、中職、中專與高職；（5 ）配合越南現有技職課程，規劃適 當的修業年限與內容。。 關鍵詞：越南、技職教育、升學進路設計 * 林志忠，國立暨南國際大學課程教學與科技研究所教授 電子郵件：jjlin@.tw 來稿日期：2014 年 1 月22 日；修訂日期：2014 年2 月17 日；採用日期：2014 年 　　　　 8 月 14 日 　第 輯　「 各國技職教育」 2 教育資料集刊 63 2014 A Study on the Learning Access Routes and Systems of Technical and Vocational Education in Vietnam Jyh Jong Lin* Abstract With its insufficient development of post-secondary education, Vietnam has always been a focus of attention of higher education institutes in Taiwan in their interest to seek overseas cooperation.Unfortunately, little is known in Taiwan about the technological and vocational education (TVE) in Vietnam, particularly in terms of their system and the planning of the learning access routes.
