健脾补肾方联合DP方案治疗术后非小细胞肺癌的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：“气阴两虚”是肺癌发病的基本病机之一，本研究从益气养阴出发，观察 2 2 DP 方案（多西紫杉醇 75 mg/m ，d1 静脉滴注；顺铂 25-30mg/ m ，d1-d3 静脉滴注， 21 天为一个周期）化疗联合健脾补肾方治疗术后非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效。方法： 将临床确诊的 40 例非小细胞肺癌术后患者随机分成两组，其中观察组（化疗联合健 脾补肾方加减）20 例，对照组（单纯化疗）20 例，连续观察两个化疗疗程后，比较 两组治疗前后中医症候评分、生活质量卡氏评分、体重、肿瘤标志物、免疫功能变化 情况以及毒副反应的出现情况。结果：健脾补肾方配合化疗可较好的改善临床症状， 稳定并增加体重，提高生活质量，提高机体免疫功能，降低肿瘤标志物 CEA 和 CA125 的水平，减轻血液系统不良反应。结论：健脾补肾方配合化疗对术后非小细胞肺癌患 者有确切的治疗作用，值得进一步深入研究。 关键词 健脾补肾方；非小细胞肺癌；DP 方案；临床研究 Clinical Study on Postoperative Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treated By “Jian pi bu shen fang”Combined With Chemotherapy Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Zhou Qing Tutor: Professor Qi Yuanfu Abstract Objective:Deficiency of both vital energy and yin is one of the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer.Supplementing qi and nourishing yin is one of the most important principles of treatment. Based on it ，we choose“Jian pi bu shen fang”combined with chemotherapy (DP regimen) to study the curative effect of Chinese medicines and chemotherapy on postoperative non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:40 postoperative cases with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.20 patients in the treated group were administered with “Jian pi bu shen fang” and chemotherapy (DP regimen)，20 in the control group with chemotherapy alone.Objective effects and the changes of subjective symptoms were studied during both periods of treatment.
