Individuality is the key concept of quality education. As a personality of pedagogy, the author has already stated. This paper tries to explore the theoretical framework for the front-line teachers to grasp the students personality from a psychological point of view. In psychology in general is this definition of personality: individual and distinctive characteristics of the sum of all, personality traits, different from the others is its inherent character. That is indivisible by individual uniqueness. Generally speaking, the characteristics of genetic genes are the ability of self replication, the ability to preserve genetic information, the ability to make genetic information, the ability to mutate suddenly, and so on.
