摘要 本研究主要是導入無線通訊技術來建置行動電子商務。在無線通訊技術方 面，以 PDA （個人數位助理）之Windows CE 3.0作業系統為基礎，使用嵌入式系 統開發工具進行程式設計，並利用個人數位助理所附掛之無線網路卡與接收點溝 通。 針對資料庫部分，本研究依照美國微軟所提出之資料庫同步與遠端存取之架 構，進行資料庫資料傳輸之工作。其中會依據電子商務之屬性採用適當之資料庫 存取方式。 此外，並探討行動電子商務中顧客關係管理-RFM理論與交易資料探勘-Apriori 關聯規則推導之間的整合。本研究將行銷策略中之 RFM理論導入電子商務中，並 且衍生出相關管理模式；在資料探勘方面則是利用Apriori演算法提供管理者進行 資料分析的工作。 本研究所建置之行動電子商務，不僅整合行動電子商務中無線通訊技術與資 料庫同步之建置，並適時加入顧客關係管理與資料探勘之技術，除可達到行動電 子商務的優越性外，更可增加行動商務之利益。 I Abstract The purpose of this study is to implement a mobile commerce system based on the technology of wireless communication. In the technology of wireless communication, the system is developed using Microsoft embedded visual tools under the operation system of Windows CE 3.0. Besides, wireless LAN card appended in PDA is used to communicate with access point. In the part of database, the transmission of data is based on the architecture of database replication and remote data access proposed by the Microsoft. By the way, the appropriate technology of data access will be adopted according to the attribute of electronic commerce. In addition, the study also discusses the integration of customer relationship management and the technology of data mining into the mobile commerce. The RFM theory and Apriori algorithm are used in the marketing strategy and the data analysis respectively. In conclusion, the system not only combines the technology of wireless communication and data replication but also involves the customer relationship management and the technology of data mining.
