Methods: 21 cases of chronic Achilles tendinitis athletes were randomly divided into the Calf triceps centrifugal Training (Calf Muscle Eccentric Training, CMET) group (12 cases) and control group (9 cases), CMET group was treated by routine rehabilitation therapy combining CMET rehabilitation, the control group used conventional rehabilitation therapy.
