高等职业教育工学交替教育模式运行的研究—基于江西省实践理论思考.doc

摘要高等职业教育规模的急剧扩张导致院校内涵建设问题凸显，诸如持续低迷的学生就业率等问题使人们开始质疑高等职业院校的办学质量，促使其进行教育教学改革。于是，能有效促进学生学习与实践密切结合的工学交替教育模式就日益受到关注，但相关的理论研究却严重滞后于实践探索。鉴于此，本研究试图对工学交替进行较为系统的阐述，理论上努力构建工学交替理想的运行模式、形成初步体系以期指导实践；实践上对运行中存在的问题进行反思，寻求措施以完善之。本研究共分四章。第一章从概念入手，首先界定工学交替概念的内涵、明确其外延，其次厘清它与工学结合、半工半读等诸多相关概念的区别和联系，澄清概念；同时对国内外相关研究成果作一综述，为后续研究奠基。第二章根据调研情况将工学交替实践分为“阶梯上升”和“直线递进”两种形式；继而论证将学校、政府、企业和学生四个视角作为分析切入点的原因和依据，并立足于这四个角度描述江西省工学交替运行的实然状态。第三章主要分析双元制、合作教育和建教合作等教育模式，将它们与工学交替进行比较，挖掘建构工学交替理想模式所需的元素，奠定实践层面的基础；然后再探求理论依据。实践与理论二者的结合建构出“以学生学习工作交替为主线、以政府统筹和企业院校操作为两翼”的理想模式，接着分“学习学期和工作学期交替”等四方面对其进行分析与讨论。之后进入研究的最后部分，在实然状态描述、问题梳理、成因分析以及理想模式建构的基础上，沿袭前述学校、政府、企业和学生等分析视角探寻完善工学交替运行机制的建议和措施。关键词：工学交替；教育模式；运行；理论思考IIAbstractAbstractThe dramatic expansion of higher vocational education’s scale causes thevocational colleges being questioned by their school qualities, such as continuouslylow employment rate of graduates and other problems, so that people began toquestion the quality of vocational and technology institutions and thus they turn tothe reform of education.
