16 现代临床护理(Modem Clinical Nursing)2008．7(1) · 专科研究· 洁净手术室空气净化时问的研究 黄龙淳．陈琼芳 (顺德区第一人民医院，广东佛山，528300) [摘要] 目的 通过对比研究洁净手术部Ⅲ级洁净手术间不同空气洁净时间，选择连台手术理想的开台时间。方法 选择Ⅲ级洁净手术间第一台清洁手术结束后应用净化空调进行清洁净化，在清洁前和净化后15 min、30 min、45 min三 个时间段采用激光尘埃粒子计数器在指定监测点进行尘埃微粒数监测。结果 清洁前O．5 m微粒超过标准，而清洁15 ulin后微粒数已降到际准要求，分别对O．5 nl、1．0 m、2．0 p-m三个级别微粒清洁前、清洁后15 rain、30 min、45 min问进 行方差分忻，结果 示有统汁学意义(PO．O1)；经多重比较(LSD)，清洁后15 min、30 lnin、45 min与清洁前比较，差异均 有统汁学意义(均PO．O1)，而清洁15 min后各时间点比较，差异无统计学意义(均PO．05)。结论 手术结束后手术 间净化15 lnin 可进行违台手术，这样既不影响净化效果，同时也达到了手术的高效率使用．减少资源浪费和提高工作 效率。 [关键词] 净化；手术闻；空气层流；管理 [中图分类号] R472．1 [文献标识码] B f文章编号] 1671—8283(2008)01—0016-03 [Abstract] 0bjective To select the ideal tirile fol‘next operation in the same laminar operating room by studying 011 the air lustration time． Methods Accmding to the 1．equirement of the environment managenlent， pmsonnel and al~icles were conUoiled strict) ．The grade HI laminar operating rooms aftm‘cleaning operations、、．el‘e choose fo,‘the air test．Lasm’countm‘was used to detect the particulates befol‘e and aftel‘the cleaning for 15 minutes，30 nfinutes and 45 minutes． ResulIs The amount of O．5 particulates exceeded the standm‘d of 350 particulates per liter． 15 minutes after the cleaning， the amount of the particulates dropped to the standard．By the avona of O．5 txm，1．0 txm，2．0 txm particulates between befm‘e and after the cleaning for 1 5 minutes，30 minutes and 45 minutes，the statistical differences were significant(PO．O 1)；and by LSD，the differences were statistically significant before and after cleaning for 15 minutes，30 minutes and 45 minutes(PO．O1)．But there were no statistical significance between all time points of 15 minutes， 30 minutes and 45 minutes after the cleaning(PO．05)， Conclusion 1 5 minutes after postoperative air lustration is the proper time for the next
