活血通络法治疗高血压病合并微循环障碍的临床探究.pdfVIP

  提 要 目的：通过观察活血通络法治疗高血压病血瘀证的临床疗效，从血液微循环角度 探讨高血压发病机制及活血通络法的应用价值。 方法：50例有微循环障碍的高血压病患者随机分成两组，试验组25例，对照组 25 例。试验组予注射用盐酸川芎嗪、自拟活血通络汤和硝苯地平控释片治疗，对照 组予硝苯地平控释片治疗，观察治疗前后临床症状和实验室检查各项指标的变化。 结果：经治疗四周后，试验组血压较前有明显下降，中医临床症状头痛、眩晕等 得到明显改善，实验室检查血液粘度降低，甲襞微循环状态和血液流变学状态也明显 改善，疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论：活血通络法是临床上治疗高血压血瘀证的一个安全、有效的方法，能明显 降低血压，改善临床症状，降低血液粘稠度，改善微循环。 关键词 活血通络法；微循环障碍；高血压血瘀证；中医药疗法   The clinical investigation of Huoxuetongluo method in treating the hypertension combined with obstacle of microcirculation Speciality：Cardiovascular disease，internal medicine of TCM Auther ：Liu Xufeng Tutor：Su Wenge Abstract Objectives ：The research is to explore the mechanism of hypertension and application value of Huoxuetongluo method from the point of blood microcirculation. Methods ：50 patients of hypertension with blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group has 25 patients and the control have 25 patients. The treatment which the experimental group received were ligustrazine, self Huoxuetongluo soup and of nifedipine GITS, while the control group received were nifedipine GITS. Observe the changes of the clinical symptoms and the laboratory indicators before and after treatment. Result: After four weeks treatment, the experimental group could significantly lower blood pressure, improve symptoms, reduce blood viscosity, and improve microcirculation. The effect is significantly better than the control group （P ＜0.05 ）.
