炎性反应早期用活血化瘀药的临床疗效评定并抗炎机制探讨.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察肺部疾病炎症早期（痰浊壅肺证）应用活血化瘀药物的临床疗效并探 讨其作用机制。 方法：将符合本研究标准的60例患者按照随机、对照的原则分为试验组30例， 对照组 30 例。试验组在西药常规治疗的基础上加用中成药制剂，静滴，每日一次。 对照组西药常规治疗。观察两组患者综合疗效、死亡人数、达到目标疗效天数、证候 学疗效、治疗前后血液学指标、不良反应等。结果：两者在综合疗效、死亡人数方面 无显著差异（p0.05），但达到目标疗效天数（p0.01）试验组与对照组相比明显缩 短，同样治疗时间内，证候学疗效评定（p0.01）试验组优于对照组，血液学指标复 常情况（p0.05）试验组优于对照组。 结论：活血化瘀药应用于炎症早期，可以显著改善患者临床症状，控制炎症反应 程度。与西医常规药联合应用，可以提高疗效，缩短疗程。其机理可能与活血化瘀药 物调节免疫力、抗氧化、清除炎性因子、保护血管内皮细胞、改善微循环及供氧等作 用有关。 关键词 炎症早期 痰浊蕴肺证 活血化瘀 临床研究 The Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of drug for promoting blood circulation and removing stas in the early stage of inflammation and the exploring of the mechanism of antiphlogistics.
