提 要 目的: 观察穴位贴敷治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床效果，并探讨其作用机理。 方法:将符合中西医诊断标准的小儿反复呼吸道感染肺肾两虚证的 60 例患儿，随 机分为两组，治疗组、对照组各 30 例。治疗组给予中药穴位贴敷治疗，对照组给予 免煎颗粒口服治疗，观察两组症状、体征的改善情况。 结果: 治疗组总有效率为 93.33%，对照组总有效率为 90.00%。治疗组在改善咳 嗽、困倦喜卧、睡眠不实方面优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05 ）。 结论: 穴位贴敷疗法对小儿反复呼吸道感染肺肾两虚证有显著疗效，具有重要的 临床应用价值。 关键词 小儿反复呼吸道感染；穴位贴敷；临床观察 Clinical observation of acupoint sticking apply therapy in prenwenting and treating children’s Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections which syndrom is the deficiency of lung and kidney Speciality: TCM therapy for Pediatrics Allergic Disease Author: Zhou Xiaoxia Tutor: Professor Yan Zhaojun Abstract Objective: Observe the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking apply therapy in prenwenting and treating children’s Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections which syndrom is the deficiency of lung and kidney ， and discusse its mechanism.Methods:Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections meeting the diagnostic criteria were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group and control group，each with 30 cases.
