脊柱运动的生物力学基础（Biomechanical basis of spinal movement） Biomechanical basis of spinal movement Basic theory - Biomechanics (spine) Spinal diseases and injuries are clearly related to the abnormal forces in the spine, and rehabilitation therapy and prevention need a clear understanding of the biomechanics of the spine. The purpose of this study is to provide relevant basic knowledge for clinical and treatment technicians. 1, structural features: spine is the main axis of human movement. It is composed of multiple vertebral bodies, multiple joints (intervertebral joints, vertebral joints), numerous muscles and ligaments tightly surrounding and physiologically curved to meet the spines firmness and mobility (flexibility). Its activities have three dimensional directions (front, rear, left and right, rotation) and six degrees of freedom (3 translation, 3 rotation). 2. Position features: the neck section supports the head, the center of gravity is at the junction of the anterior 2/3 and the posterior 1/3 of the neck.
