卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎肺表面活性蛋白A和D的变化（Changes of surfactant protein A and D in Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia） Changes of surfactant protein A and D in Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia 2011-02-27 Qu Jieming, Rong Zhaohui, He Lixian [Abstract] Objective To study the changes of alveolar surfactant protein A and D (SP-A and SP-D) induced by Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP) so as to explore its role in the pathogenesis of PCP and its significance in the treatment. Methods clean SD rats were injected with cortisone acetate 2 times a week for PCP model, and normal control group, negative control group and bacterial pneumonia group were set up. The animals were killed in 8~12 weeks. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected and the cell counts were classified. The contents of SP-A and SP-D in BALF were determined by dot blot method. According to the results of the experimental design and the induced model group, group A: normal control group, n=6 healthy SD rats; group B: negative control group, n=6, the use of cortisone acetate (CA) for more than 8 weeks without pulmonary infection in rats; group C: bacterial pneumonia group, n=11, CA induced 8 weeks the occurrence of bacterial pneumonia without other lung infection; D group: PCP group, n=14, CA induced more than 8 weeks PCP without other lung infection. The content of SP-A BALF in PCP (45.1 + 22.1) g/ml, significantly higher than that of control group (16.2 + 9.9) g/ml and bacterial pneumonia group (16.2 + 5.6) g/ml (P0.05), also the relative content of SP-D (24249 + 4780 gray value) was significantly higher than that of bacterial pneumonia group (11989 + 2750 gray value) and negative control group (13384 + 2887 gray value) (P0.001). Conclusion pulmonary surfactant protein A and D are significantly elevated in PCP, and this change is more obvious than bacterial pneumonia.
