80 大惑論第八十 “Treatise on the Great Perplexity” Ling Shu, Chapter 80. 80．1黃帝問於歧伯曰：余嘗上於清泠之臺中階而顧，匍匐而前，則惑，余私異之，竊內怪之，獨瞑獨視，安心定氣，久而不解，獨博獨眩，披髮長跪，俛而視之，後久之不已也。卒然自上，何氣使然。歧伯對曰：五藏六府之精氣，皆上注於目，而為之精，精之窠為眼，骨之精為瞳子，筋之精為黑眼，血之精為絡，其窠氣之精為白眼，肌肉之精為約束，裹擷筋骨血氣之精而與脈并為系，上屬於腦，後出於項中，故邪中於項，因逢其身之虛，其入深，則隨眼系以入於腦，入於腦則腦轉，腦轉則引目系急，目系急則目眩以轉矣。邪其精，其精所中，不相比也，則精散，精散則視歧，視歧見兩物。目者，五藏六府之精也，營衛魂魄之所常營也，神氣之所生也，故神勞則魂魄散，志意亂，是故瞳子黑眼法於陰，白眼赤脈法於陽也。故陰陽合傳而精明也。目者，心使也，心者，神之舍也，故神精亂而不轉，卒然見非常處，精神魂魄，散不相得，故曰惑也。黃帝曰：余疑其然。余每之東苑，未曾不惑，去之則復，余唯獨為東苑勞神乎，何其異也。歧伯曰：不然也。心有所喜，神有所惡，卒然相惑，則精氣亂，視誤，故惑神移，乃復，是故間者為迷，甚者為惑。 “The Yellow Emperor asked Qi Bo, I once was ascending the steps to the Qing Ling platform when I turned., Crawling forward I felt ‘perplexed’ and did not feel myself (則惑余私異之). Inside, I felt strange and confused (竊內怪之). I opened and closed my eyes to try and settle my Heart but some time passed and still my condition had not resolved (獨瞑獨視安心定氣久而不解). Everything was ‘turning’ and I felt dizzy (獨博獨眩). I untied my hair and kneeled down, bowing my head with my eyes open. Time passed but still my condition remained unchanged, then suddenly it departed on its own. What kind of Qi caused this? Qi Bo replied, the Jing and Qi of the Five Zang and the Six Fu all ascend to ‘pour into’ the Eye (皆上注於目). This (is the source) of the Jing (within the eye) (而為之精). The ‘nest’ of the Jing forms the ‘structures of the Eye’ (精之窠為眼)., The Jing of Bone forms the pupil (骨之精為瞳子). The Jing of the Tendons forms the ‘black eye’ (筋之精為黑眼). The Jing of Blood forms the ‘net’ (血之精為絡). The Jing of the ‘Nest of Qi’ forms the ‘white eye’ (其窠氣之精為白眼). The Jing of the Flesh and Muscles forms the ‘surrounding bundles’ (肌肉之精為約束). When the Jing of the Tendons, Bones, Blood and Qi combine with the channels, it forms the ‘System’ (of the Eye) (裹擷筋骨血氣之精而與脈并為系). Above, it joins with the Brain (上屬於腦).
