自体引流血回输在全膝关节置换中应用的临床探究.pdf

提 要 目的：研究自体引流血回输在全膝关节置换术中临床应用的效果。方法：本研究 病例来自山东中医药大学附属医院骨科2006年9月至2008年12月收治的30例行全膝人 工关节置换术并于术后采用美国Stryker公司生产的CBC Ⅱ型真空密闭血液回输系统 进行自体引流血回输治疗的患者。通过对患者术后的引流血量、回输血量、异体血输 血量等数据进行统计学分析，以期探讨自体血回输的有效性、安全性，并同时对自体 血回输的相关问题进行讨论。结果：本研究所有30例患者自体血总回输量占引流血总 量的68.86% 。所有患者无一例回输血过程中出现寒战、发热、溶血等不良反应。高血 压病、糖尿病因素对患者术后引流血量、回输血量影响无显著意义（P0.05 ）。术前 与术后第1天的红细胞数量、血红蛋白及红细胞压积有显著性差异（P0.05 ），术后 第7天恢复接近正常。结论：自体引流血回输在全膝关节置换术中应用是安全有效的， 能有效减少异体血量的输入，避免并发症的发生，应该值得进一步推广使用。 关键词 自体血回输；输血；全膝关节置换；临床研究 The Clinical Research of Application of Autologous Drainage Blood Transfusion in Total Knee Arthroplasty Speciality: Orthopaedics of TCM Author: Guo Fengbo Tutor: Qiu Hongming Abstract Objective: To study the clinical effects of application of autologous drainage blood transfusion in total knee arthroplasty.
