蒲菊汤加外用溃疡散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效视察.pdf

提 要 目的：观察蒲菊汤加外用溃疡散保留灌肠治疗气滞血瘀型溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的 临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法：随机设蒲菊汤加外用溃疡散保留灌肠并艾迪莎口 服治疗组（17例）和艾迪莎口服对照组（16例），对治疗前后主要症状、体征积分值 及肠镜粘膜像等作对比，观察两组的疗效。结果：临床研究显示，治疗组临床综合疗 效及肠镜下黏膜像疗效均优于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。治疗组能明显改善腹泻、 黏液脓血便、里急后重等症状。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论：蒲菊汤加外 用溃疡散保留灌肠能够消除或改善UC临床症状，促使肠道黏膜病变恢复，疗效确切， 无明显副作用，是治疗气滞血瘀型UC的有效方剂。 关键词 溃疡性结肠炎（UC）；蒲菊汤；外用溃疡散；气滞血瘀型；保留灌肠； 临床研究 Clinical Study of Treating Ulcerative colitis With the Puju Decoction and Waiyong Kuiyang San Retention Enema Speciality: External Medicine of TCM Author: Huang Liang Tutor: Prof.Mei Xiaoling Abstract Objective: to discuss the clinical effect of the Puju Decotion and Waiyong Kuiyang San retention enema on qi depression to blood stasis ulcerous colitis and explore the mechanism of it.Method: 33 patients with UC were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group (17examples)and the control group(16 examples).The treatment group was given Puju Decotion and Waiyong Kuiyang San retention enema,and Etiasa take orally;the control group was given Etiasa take orally to treat the main symptom,the symptom integral valve and the intestines mirror mucous membrane and so on makes the contrast likely, observe the curative effects of two groups.Results: the clinical research demonstrated,the treatment group clinical synthesis curative effect,the Chinese medicine card period of five days curative effect,the intestines mirror curative effect (P0.05 or P0.01).The treatment group can improve more significantly the symptoms obviously such as bloody stool, diarrhea,and tenesmus.Two groups have not occurred bad effect in the treatment period.Conclusion: the Puju Decotion and Waiyong Kuiyang San is the
