提 要 对于温热病的治疗历代医家都十分重视养阴，但是本文认为在用养阴法治疗温热 病的同时，也应该重视补气。因为温热病不仅伤阴，耗气也是其主要病理变化，并且 气虚也是导致温热病发生的重要因素之一。因此，对于温热病的治疗应该及早应用补 气药物，这样可以提高正气，使邪去则正安，有利于防止温邪由表及里，由浅入深， 由轻到重的传变，从而使疾病早日获得痊愈。 本文即是通过大量搜集古今文献资料，阐述治疗温热病应该重视补气的立论依 据，并对温热病所导致的气虚的病因病理进行分析，进而阐述补气法对于治疗温热病 的重要意义，并对补气药物的选择、补气药物治疗温热病的作用机理、补气药物的应 用时机等补气法应用于温热病的治疗所涉及到的诸多问题进行讨论，从而提出对于温 热病的治疗应该重视补气。 最后通过收集具有代表性的补气法治疗温热病的医案，从临床实践的角度进一步 论证补气法治疗温热病的重要意义。 关键词 温热病； 治疗； 补气 The Research of Treating Warm Febrile Disease by Invigorating Qi Speciality：The clinic and basic subject of TCM Author: Zhang Weihao Tutor: Zhang Sichao Abstract Ancient physicians all attach great importance to nourishing Yin as to the treatment of warm febrile disease, but this thesis argues that it should employ the method of nourishing Yin and invigorating Qi in the meantime to treat the warm febrile disease. Because warm febrile disease not only consumes yin, but also consumes Qi, what’s more, Qi deficiency is also one of the main factors that lead to the warm febrile disease. Therefore, drugs for invigorating Qi should be used to treat the warm febrile disease as early as possible so that the vital Qi can be enhanced to drive the evil Qi away and prevent the transformation of febrile evils from the outside to the inside and regain health timely.
