辨病及辨证相结合治疗白塞病的临床研究.pdf

提 要 目的：本研究通过观察治疗前后白塞病患者疗效性及安全性指标的变化情况，比 较两组治疗前后及组间疗效以及复发、不良反应的差异，初步客观评价中医治疗方案 的临床疗效及安全性。方法：本试验统计 2010.03―2012.02 山东中医药大学附属医 院风湿病科门诊和住院病人及 2010.06―2010.08 山东省立医院风湿免疫科住院病人 共 30 例，以 1:1 比例随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组选用中医辨病辨证方治疗， 对照组选用沙利度胺50mg/日治疗，服药2个月，观察两组治疗后白塞病疗效指标、 中医症状疗效指标、实验室检查指标；并随访3个月观察复发及不良反应等情况。结 果：试验组和对照组在治疗后，在白塞病疗效、中医症状及实验室检查比较方面无显 著性差异（P0.05），试验组的复发率及不良反应发生率均与对照组有明显差异性 （P0.05），优于对照组。结论：中医辨病辨证相结合的思路治疗白塞病取得了良好 疗效，并且有效地减少了复发次数，远期疗效较西医好，并有较好的安全性，证明了 辨病辨证思路的正确性。 关键词 白塞病；辨病辨证相结合；临床研究 Clinical research on Behcets disease TCM Treatment Based on Combination of Disease and Syndrome Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Rheumatic Disease Author: Wang Lingling Tutor: Prof. Song Shaoliang Abstract Objective: Our research aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM treatment by comparing curative effect indexes, safety indexes, relapse and adverse reactions between the treatment group and control group. Results: We compared treatment group with control group after treatment, the efficacy in Behcets disease, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests were no significant differences (P 0.05), relapse rate and adverse reactions of the treatment group were significant difference (P 0.05) than the control group.
