In th is paper, firstly the fuzzym ethod w as analyzed. Then the model of flood d isaster risk assessm entw as bu ilt based on GIS and fuzzy m ethod. In the case of flood d isaster risk assess ment, the application processw as analyzed. Finally the risk of flood d isaster is calcu lated using themodel.
