With the opening of the Chinese market, Chinese enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition in the international market. Many of the original strategies of enterprises are no longer suited to the new competitive requirements, and they must be reformed. Corporate culture is the common values and norms of all members of an enterprise. It represents the widely accepted way of thinking, morality and behavior in an enterprise. Has an important influence on corporate culture and business development strategy for the long-term performance, directly affect the ability to change the strategic direction of the enterprise, so the enterprise managers in the enterprise internal environment design with its strategic change, also need to pay attention to the construction of enterprise culture, in order to make the enterprise culture to adapt to the new business strategy.
First, the types of enterprise culture
There are a lot of classification of enterprise culture, here mainly based on the results of the University of Michigan Quincy, corporate culture can coordinate divided into four categories, including: abscissa introversion or extroversion, the vertical axis represents the flexibility or stability (as shown below).
The four main types of culture are development culture, market culture, family culture and bureaucratic culture. The characteristics of the four cultures are outlined below:
