The analysis of w arpage in ma ing mold ing parts should be considered currently w ithout increasing production costs and the production cycle. The CAE sofwt are Moldflow developed by A utodes corporation provides a solution for the injection molding manufacturer. In th ispaper, the sof wt areM oldf low is used in analyz ing an electric-app liances demountable rear cover and investigating the causes of warpage. By op timiz ing theprocess cond itions and imp roving the cooling system, thewarpag e is reduced, as the cooling eff ect is enhanced, mold temp erature is lowered, thus mi prove the production efficiency in the mold ing process.
