His son and daughter-in-law didn’t want to keep an old physically incapable person in their home and considered him a burden. Finally, the son decided to rid himself of the problem. He took his old father in a basket and set out for the jungle. His plan was to leave the old man there. The grandson, observing his father said, “Father, please be sure to bring back the basket.” Why?” asked the father. “Because I will need it when you grow old,” replied the grandson.
